The Challenge
A major food-grade processing facility contacted Ramco Solutions with an ongoing issue related to their existing ergonomic work stands. These adjustable platforms were originally built using removable fiberglass grating for the standing surfaces. Over time, the grating had become:
Worn and smooth, losing its critical slip resistance
Splintered and deteriorated, creating safety hazards
